This introduction to yoga addresses how basic poses help build stamina, reduce muscle tension, and increase energy, which are essential builders for a strong immune system. This class will offer basic techniques for how yoga helps keep the body healthy.

This is the last of three workshops which can be taken individually or as a series. The cost is $15 per class or $40 for the three-class series. Please call United Fitness Center at 360-854-0247 to register.
