This introductory workshop will give participants an opportunity to practice some of the poses yoga has to offer for working with and reducing stress. Traditionally, the practice of Yoga was to support an individual in managing themselves during daily routines and in an ever-changing world. Breathing and stretch exercises will provide participants with techniques and methods for doing so.

This is the first of three workshops which can be taken individually or as a series. The cost is $15 per class or $40 for the three-class series. Please call United Fitness Center at 360-854-0247 to register.
