Gentle/Beginner Yoga
Gentle/Beginner Yoga
This class is part of our 10-week winter yoga session. Gentle/Beginner Yoga is for students new to yoga or those revisiting basics. This class welcomes students with no significant mobility issues. Modifications will be offered when appropriate.
