First Steps to Weight Loss 

First Steps to Weight Loss is a 12-week weight management program that includes personalized health education, nutrition, and exercise plans. The first session includes a personalized body composition analysis, goal-setting consultation, and a weight loss action plan.  Bi-weekly follow-up sessions include one-on-one nutrition and exercise consultation and support.  Guidance and support is provided by certified exercise physiologists.
