Gentle/Beginner Yoga
United Wellness Center To the left of the hospital lobby (2000 Hospital Dr.), SEDRO WOOLLEY, WAThis class is part of our 10-week winter yoga session. Gentle/Beginner Yoga is for students new to yoga or those revisiting basics. This class welcomes students with no significant mobility issues. Modifications will be offered when appropriate.

The class will introduce simpler backbends, inversions, arm balances, and challenging standing poses.
