What are the gym hours?
We are open Monday-Thursday 6 am-7 pm, Friday 6 am-6 pm, and Saturday 8 am-12 pm.
How is the facility cleaned?
Our staff works hard to keep the facility as clean as possible using hospital-grade disinfecting cleaners. We ask that our members also clean their equipment after each use. Cleaning products are provided.
What kind of locker room facilities do you have?
We have day lockers for your personal items and showers available for our members. Please bring your own lock and towels.
