You can always drop in for one class to see if it will be a good fit for you, but our classes fill up quickly and we generally encourage participants to sign up for the entire session.
Yes! We offer classes for all levels including beginners. Our instructor Lynne will help you through the basics to help give you the best yoga experience possible.
Yes, we encourage participants to bring their own props to yoga class, but we do have some extras available if needed.
Our instructor Lynne has been practicing and teaching Iyengar yoga for over 20 years. Iyengar has an emphasis on detail, precision, and alignment in the performance of yoga postures.
No. Although we would love to see you in both places, you can sign up for yoga separately from the Fitness Center.
